Title packs: €3.50 flat rate. Souvenirs: €3.50 flat rate.
Delivery
We provide world-wide* shipping by ordinary air mail.
*Exceptions: For orders to Russia, Ukraine, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Africa we provide delivery by email only.
Please allow three business days from date of purchase to date of shipment. If you live in Northern Europe you should receive the title pack within approximately 1.5 weeks. For deliveries to Southern Europe please allow for 2 weeks. If you live outside Europe, please allow approximately 2 – 4 weeks from date of order to delivery at your place. Certain countries, e.g. Australia, Far East and South America, may have longer delivery times.
Please note that we do not provide overnight delivery. If you have urgent delivery needs, please order our email delivery or contact us for options.
The souvenirs are made-to-order dropshipped products and have approximately 3 – 4 weeks delivery time.
The shipping carriers used to transport our products are well-established international shipping carriers. However, once the product has left the place of fabrication Château de Massanes (CDM) does not control of the shipment and can therefore not warrant delivery time. Shipment delays may sometimes occur due to varying customs security processing.
COVID-19
There may still be some delays due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please allow for additional time for the order to arrive due to possible flight restrictions and cancellations.
Christmas shipping
In December all shipments take more time than during the rest of the year, particularly long-distance. Hence, in order to be safe you should order as early as possible and add a couple of weeks to our ordinary shipping times.
Customs, Taxes and Duties
CDM qoutes all prices inclusive of French taxes. However, you may be subject to importation duties and taxes in your own country when you receive products from us. All items entering a country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are generally assessed if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the national laws. If in doubt, you may contact your local customs office for further information, since custom policies vary a lot from country to country. Our title packs will normally not incur taxes, but the souvenirs might depending on their value.
When ordering from CDM, you are considered to be the importer of the goods and it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
CDM does not assume responsibility for any VAT, customs, duties or brokerage fees at the time and place of delivery.
